Cloughmore Stone understand that engagement with a passive candidate pool is one of the toughest challenges for a business and this is where we excel. Once we have worked through the mapping of the talent pool and confirmed 2-way interest, we manage the relationship build between the parties. Where possible, we will arrange meetings that are very much mutually beneficial giving the candidate an insight into the employer and the employer an opportunity to build a relationship with the candidate for future roles. We ensure both parties understand the proposition before the meeting and then track the circumstances and reconnect later when the opportunity aligns.

Our methodology:

  • Approach talent pool for career discussion and obtain permission to be part of the talent pool program
  • Engage with talent pool monthly/quarterly via Face to Face meetings, Email, Calls and newsletter
  • Client HR team and hiring managers share monthly live roles through us with the talent pools to reduce time to hire
  • Proactively understand the annual hiring strategies for each talent group (and beyond as much as practicable)
